As per the current guidelines, I am unable to meet clients for face-to-face counselling. However, I am able to work via IM, Skype, Telephone and Zoom - and during this current period of national and global change, I have increased my availability to meet the demand. Please get in touch if you feel you could benefit from support.

About Me

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (member number 377301). Before re-training as a counsellor I worked in various paid and voluntary roles including:

  • Advocacy
  • Alcohol Support
  • Mental Health
  • Youth Work
  • Support Work

My approach is pluralistic, meaning as a counsellor and client, we will work collaboratively and our sessions are tailored to your specific needs or issues.

I will give you a space free of judgement or expectations, where you can work through and process any difficulties you are facing. My primary focus is to gain an understanding about how you are experiencing life. This may include any problems or challenges you face, or anything else which may come up during our sessions. Our relationship and our therapy will be collaborative.

I offer counselling sessions indoors and outdoors as well as telephone and online counselling and I am based in the Southside of Glasgow.
