Let's Work Together

Bespoke guided walks, with a focus on nature, the outdoors, connection and the beneficial impact it can have.

"As a group of 5, we spent a wonderful three hours with Sean on a guided walk in woodland. The walk was paced in such a way that encouraged slowing down, taking notice and feeling more connected to our environment, our bodies and each other. Highly recommended and really felt like it's improved our collective work too."

"After a 3-hour Nature Connection session with Sean, I felt encouraged and empowered. His passion, enthusiasm and calm nature really helped me feel capable and ready to take some positive steps in my professional life. Amazing!"

"We organised a one-off supervision after some difficult circumstances in our organisation. The staff gave such positive feedback, particularly around feeling safe and listened to, that we decided to make it a regular thing. Sean is a great person to work with."
